- 1. All transaction require atleast 6 confirmation before it can be processed. The transactions will be "pending" until it reach 6 confirmation and after that it will be added for processing queue.
- 2. Please make sure that you provided a valid transaction id that can be scanned with any blockexplorer.
- 3. If you submit the form without valid transaction id, the transaction will be cancelled and the coin will be lost as we won't have any way to track and verify the transaction.
- 4. Please make sure you provided correct receiving address. If you provide wrong or invalid receiving address we won't be able to recover the lost transaction sent to the wrong address.
- 5. Please make sure that you provided a working email address so that we can communicate with you in case of emergency. If you provide wrong or not working email address we won't be able to contact you in time of urgency.
- 6. Please make sure that you did not filled misleading or wrong information in the submitted form. In that case the order will be automatically cancelled.
- 7. Please make sure that you entered correct amount on the form. We check all the order manually and match every details to our database. If the information do not match we won't process the transaction.
- 8. Please make sure you provide your personal BTC address or Perfect Money USD Wallet or USDT (TRC20) address as recovery address so that in case of failed transaction we can send the fund back to you. If you provide us wrong or invalid or 3rd party address (exchange, mining site etc) we won't be responsible for the loss of fund.
- 9. Refund charge in case of cancelled order is: 0.00007500 BTC for Bitcoin, 3.5% for Perfect Money USD and 2 USDT for USDT (TRC20)
- 10. We do not accept OMNI, ETH, WAVES or other versions of USDT so please do not send that versions.

For any refund related issues you have to provide this information and they have to be valid and match to our database: Valid Transaction ID (required), Valid Email Address (required), Email provided in the time of order submission (required), Amount of Coin or Currency, Time and Date of Transaction (required)
- 14. Please Note: In case of failed or cancelled order refund process can take upto 7 days as we will match the provided information with our database and depending on workload. If the provided information was correct it will be sent to the provided recovery address.
- 15. Please Note: We use 3rd party wallet for USDT(TRX-TRC20) transactions. So we will not be able to recover any other tokens sent to our USDT address as we do not hold the private key of this wallet. Sending any tokens other then USDT to this address will result a coin/token loss beyond recovery. Only send USDT(TRX-TRC20) to this address.
- 16. Refund is only possible for this coins: Bitcoin(BTC), Litecoin(LTC), PerfectMoney USD, USDT(Tron chain - TRC-20)
- 17. Please Note: If you sent any token or coin other then this coins mentioned on the point above, we will not be able to refund it.
- 18. Please consider this before placing order: sometime it can take upto 12 to 24 hr before the order get processed. There can be sudden issues or technical difficulties that can delay the transaction. You have to understand, this is a semi automatic process.
